Privacy Policy
What information our games and this website handle, why, who we share it with, and how you can control it.
1. Who we are and what this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Xtrover LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our mobile games published on Google Play under the developer name XTROVER GAMES and our website at xtroverllc.com. It applies to these apps:
- 29 Royale Offline Card Game (
com.evonix.twentynine)
Our games are designed to be played offline and do not require you to create an account. The data controller is Xtrover LLC, whose contact details are at the end of this policy.
2. Information we collect
We do not ask for your name, phone number or payment details, and gameplay itself works without an internet connection. When your device is online, our games and the third-party services built into them may collect the following:
- Device and other identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID, app-set ID, device model, operating system version, language and IP address.
- Approximate location, a coarse location (for example country or city) derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- App activity, such as the modes and arenas played, tutorial progress and in-app interactions. Some ad services may also read the list of installed apps where Android allows it, to prevent fraud and measure ads.
- App info and performance, such as crash logs, diagnostics and other performance data that help us fix bugs.
- Information you give us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Trophies, avatars, borders and other rewards in our games have no real-money value, cannot be cashed out, and are stored on your device.
3. How we use information
- To run the games and their features, remember your progress and settings, and keep them working on your device.
- To show advertising that keeps our games free, including personalised ads where you have allowed them, and rewarded ads you choose to watch.
- To understand how the games are used (analytics) and to diagnose crashes and improve performance.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and invalid ad traffic, and to keep our services secure.
- To reply when you contact us, and to send important notices about the games.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in the EU and UK), we rely on your consent for personalised advertising, on our legitimate interests for analytics, security and contextual ads, and on what is necessary to provide the game you chose to install.
4. Advertising and other partners
Our games are free and supported by ads. We use third-party advertising, mediation, analytics and crash-reporting services that may collect and process the information described above directly from your device, under their own privacy policies. These include:
- Google AdMob and Google Play services: how Google uses data in ads
- AppLovin (reached through AdMob mediation): privacy policy
- Unity Ads (reached through AdMob mediation): privacy policy
- ironSource / Unity LevelPlay (reached through AdMob mediation): privacy policy
- Liftoff Monetize (formerly Vungle, reached through AdMob mediation): privacy policy
- Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics by Google: privacy and security in Firebase
- Google Play In-App Review and Google Play Games: governed by Google's privacy policy
Ad networks authorised to sell our inventory are listed in our app-ads.txt file.
We may also share information with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example hosting), when required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. Your choices and controls
- Advertising ID: on Android go to Settings › Privacy › Ads (or Settings › Google › Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID; apps then cannot use it for personalised ads.
- Consent: where required (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland) our games ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice from the privacy or consent option in the game's settings, or by clearing the app's data.
- Stop all collection: you can play offline, or uninstall the game at any time to stop all further collection.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Game progress stays on your device and is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Emails are kept as long as needed to help you, and usually no longer than 24 months. Data held by our partners is kept according to their policies.
To request deletion of any personal information connected to you, email support@xtroverllc.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the name of the game. Because we do not run user accounts, please include your device's advertising ID if you can, so we can find the right records. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Your rights (GDPR, UK, CCPA and others)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. California residents may request to know what we collect and to opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising; we will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To exercise any right, email support@xtroverllc.com.
8. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). 29 Royale is rated for ages 16 and over on Google Play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security and international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, and our partners transmit data over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We are based in the United States, and our partners may process information in other countries using safeguards required by applicable law.
10. This website
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not ask you for personal information. The mini-games on the home page keep their high scores in your browser's local storage only, on your device. Our host, Netlify, records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to deliver the site. Links to Google Play and other sites are governed by those sites' own policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and significant changes will also be noted in our games' store listings.
